Ingredients
1 cup Protein Powder
1/2 cup Oat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
4 Eggs
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup dairy free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the protein powder, flour, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the coconut oil, eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, and peanut butter together.
- Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix.
- Add in the chocolate chips and mix until even.
- Line 9×13 glass pan with parchment paper.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Let set for 30 mins before cutting into squares and enjoy!
