Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Squares



Ingredients

1 cup Protein Powder
1/2 cup Oat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
4 Eggs
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup dairy free Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix the protein powder, flour, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the coconut oil, eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, and peanut butter together.
  • Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix.
  • Add in the chocolate chips and mix until even.
  • Line 9×13 glass pan with parchment paper.
  • Pour into pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Let set for 30 mins before cutting into squares and enjoy!
